Had a delightful two-night stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially during breakfast. I highly recommend trying the full English breakfast to kick off your day. The executive double room was comfortable, though I suggest asking for a room with a better view.

I encountered some accessibility issues, particularly with the bathroom setup, which could be unsafe for older guests like myself. The location was convenient for my needs, as it was close to several parks, making for a pleasant stay.

This hotel suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, a welcoming bar area, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff kindly assisted with a late check-out. I highly recommend it and will return for Easter....

The hotel is frequently lively with weddings and parties, making for a noisy atmosphere. bring earplugs if you need peace. Many areas, like the breakfast room, have cleanliness issues, with dirty tables and a chaotic service that could leave you waiting longer than expected for your meal. Some rooms carried an unpleasant mold odor, which can be off-putting for light sleepers. Expect less from the bar, as it has limited options and a crowded feel when events are happening.
